Oasis was started out of the recognition that the yoga studios and gyms are often separate from wellness offerings, like saunas, bath houses, and cold plunges.

Where were options for those who wanted to do it all in one?

To get in their movement and fitness practice and their wellness practice at the same time, in a routine or daily basis?

By pioneering a blend of yoga, fitness, sauna, and cold plunge, we offer something for everyone.
